We purchased the Electro Boiler as a backup heat source for our son's home in rural New Jersey. Due to the rocky soil there is no natural gas. He uses a pellet stove as the first heat source. We were replacing an older oil boiler, clearly from the long ago days of cheap oil. Just had a Weil-McLain gas boiler put in, I don't see it listed as a great heater.

Works great, much quieter than my last gable fan, and moves a lot more air. Only concern is the thermostat that came with this unit ranges 65 to 90. My last fan was 85 to 145. Unit seems to stay on longer in order to reach the 90 degree. Unit runs more being in an attic in Florida. This fan was very easy to install and had great wiring instructions.
