We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! They are installed in a warehouse with great WIFI access so we controlled all 28 individual heat zones using 28 WIFI thermostats from Honeywell. Couldn't be a happier customer! The rep added that for me. I received the unit within three days and it installed quickly. It works great!

Just had this 199,900 btu water heater installed and it works so nice and it looks great too. At 10 gpm. we will never run out of water.
