My suggestion is to have a very experienced high efficiency furnace plumber install the unit. From what I now know all aspects of the system need to be in balance to work properly. My unit is exceptional and my wife likes the colored pictures designating the various modes of operation.

A few months ago, my furnace was tagged by the gas company. I located a furnace online and had it installed by a company out of Claytonia, Ne. They did a great job. I now nave heat when I need it. The company name is: Anytime Plumbing & Heating.

Great thermostat with lots of config options. I love the smartphone app! This thermostat was easy to install, connect to my wifi and then configure.
