The unit tends to leak through pinholes which are due to impurity of copper tube material from cheap production country. The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. I have purchased and installed 3 Mitsubishi mini-splits over the last 11 years for myself and they have worked flawlessly. I have been seeing and have heard very good things about the Daiken so I made the change.
