We bought this set for our tea shop measuring about 800 sqft. We place one in the kitchen and one in the seating area. You can feel the breeze withing 3ft of the machine. We even use a laser and measured the temp to be about 64 coming out from the machine however if you wave the laser just a few feet away its 90 degrees...huge difference. My customers keeps complaining why we don't have AC but when I point to the mirrored AC device saying that we do...they said then fix it! We wasted so... more

The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. We bought this unit to replace a 30 year old unit. We wanted one very similar so installation would be easy and a do it yourself job. I am always leery about on line shopping, but ecomfort made me comfortable with my experience. The unit was exactly what we wanted and installation was fantastic. We had to modify one piece of duct work--which was really nothing. I would shop at ecomfort in the future.
