10/21/14 - I purchased the 36000 BTU quad zone with 1-18K BTU , 1- 9K i-see BTU & 2 - 6K BTU indoor units, the salesperson - Kevin K. was excellent, he answered all my questions and went above & beyond to make sure my price compared to other sites were matched. Very nice furnace, works great. I used all metal duct work in a cool basement. You lose a lot of heat just warming the duct work. You may want to use the insulated variety as it will not lose as much heat prior to reaching its final destination. I really don't care because I want some heat in my basement anyway. Also, you may want to move to a higher btu level to resolve this issue. If I had to do over, I would have gone with an 80,000 btu instead of the 60,000. All in all, it still gets the... more

How Nice And Quiet May 18, 2016

Installed your fan in the vent right above our bedroom. Could not tell when the fan was on! With our solar panels, the 30 watts consumption of the fan is like working for free. Not only that, the upstairs cools off a lot faster. Very worth the extra money spent for a great fan. Thanks.

Love the Schluter products. I have used the Kerdi llner for years and attended a technical training in VA. Have learned that the 32"x60" Shower Kit is available from my local Home Depot for $499 + tax. Free shipping is nice but I'm at the home improvement stores every day. Probably won't buy on-line again unless the pricing is lowered. Thanks for the opportunity to review
