My current Moline heater's heat exchanger failed. Ordering a new Moline 75,000 BTU Hot Dawg from eComfort" I was assured of delivery in time to be installed for the predicted minus ten degree below zero weekend. Friday morning I called your customer service, "It will be delivered by 4PM." I called again at 3:00 PM. "It will be delivered by 4PM"... I called again at 4:30, no delivery? I was very impressed with the units that Goodman sells. I purchased the efficient 96% unit. I installed it Feb. 27th in my garage and it replaced a 20 yr. old Carrier unit which was only 80% efficient. Of all the many units that I installed while working, I have never seen any unit built as well and strong as this Goodman unit and it works well. I'm happy to give this testimonial.

Two days after installation, the 12k unit quit working with a fan malfunction code. Efforts to contact Gree have been unsuccessful. The 9k unit continues to operate normally. Warranty/repair is a real issue.

Quality Sturdy Assembly Easy To Install With Peace Of Mind. May 18, 2016

Detailed instructions helped install our two fans. We have one working the garage, while the second unit is on duty in our attic. They are reasonably quiet, and the temperature controller is a good name brand known for consistency. I adapted a pleated air filter to keep the assembly dust free. We haven't noticed a difference in savings on our air conditioner operating, but expect to benefit when we will increase insulation throughout our attic.

Your illustrations for installation should be better. For example the rerouting of the condensation lines was not illustrated well. We figured it out but it took extra time. ....time is...? EVERYTHING!
