I have a 14 X 40 wood shop and was looking for something to heat/cool it that wouldn't cost a lot of money and also not run my electric bill through the roof. I think this unit is the answer. It was simple to install with no labor costs and it runs quiet and efficient. It keeps the shop comfortable with low humidity great for cast iron tables. Ignitor & Sensor Sep 02, 2016

Unit installed April 2009. Had to put a new ignitor & sensor in 01/10/2016. Parts alone were $500.00. I installed them. Now for some reason I am getting air in the system. Had to bleed base board radiators twice in two days. I never opened the system up, other than to put ignitor in. One day I had 6a on the computer and the next morning I had a 6L showing. Should have stayed with a boiler that people know how to service. Do not see any savings from old Hobart boiler that I had for forty... more

I just had a 2-ton goodman air conditioner installed. I had a carrier that lasted me for 18 years with only two very minor repairs. I don't like the goodman because in order to keep my house comfortably cool I have to put the thermostat on 72. When I put it on 78 like I did with the carrier, my house's temperature is warm. I do not recommend the Goodman air conditioners. I feel VERY dissatisfied.

I replaced my old Modine heater, with a new Modine heater and it works great. The old one, the only thing that went wrong with it, was one of the fan blades broke in half . The old one , didn't owe me nothing, I had it in my shop for 38 years.
